Warren Meyer, President and CFO
Prior to joining RRM, Warren ran a series of technology
companies in the Pacific Northwest, including the very
successful WhitePages.com.
Prior to that, Warren ran marketing and sales in a number of
companies, including the aerospace divisions of Honeywell and
AlliedSignal and the instrumentation divisions of Emerson
Electric. He also spent five years as a consultant for
McKinsey and Company and began his career as an engineer at
Exxon. Warren earned a BSE in mechanical engineering,
magna cum laude, at Princeton University and an MBA, with
high distinction, from the Harvard Business School.
Kelly Moffitt, Head of Operations
Kelly joined the RRM management team in
January 2003. He brings to RRM over twenty-five years of
experience in the field of outdoor recreation and resource
management. Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Parks and
Recreation Administration, and prior to coming to RRM, he was
the Northern Region Manager for Arizona State Parks, overseeing
developed recreation areas, campgrounds, lakes, day use areas,
historic and cultural resources for the State of Arizona.
Before this, Kelly has worked as a manager for Thousand Trails,
Inc., which included retail sales, food services, equipment
rentals, facility and landscape care, and all aspects of
customer service in a private membership campground setting. His
experience also includes nine years working for the City of
Escondido, California as a park ranger, and four years of
experience as a Deputy Fish and Game Warden for the California
Fish and Game Department. Kelly works directly with our
Vice-Presidents and Complex Concession Managers to implement
Management Plans, Special Use Permits, Management Contracts,
Collection Agreements and Reservation Inventories.
Katherine A. Groves, Secretary/Treasurer and Chief
Administration Officer
Kate comes to RRM with a distinguished history in human
resources and marketing. Prior to joining RRM, Kate was an
independent Human Resources consultant, focus on development and
women in the workplace. She also was a senior product
manager for Frito-Lay, running marketing for international
brands such as Doritos and Tostitos. Kate received her BA
in psychology at Vassar College and an MBA from the Harvard
Business School.
